We adhere to certain policies to benefit you.

Consultations: There is no consultation fee to meet with our Physician, highly trained Laser Technicians, Estheticians and office staff to discuss your overall treatment plan.

Appointment Policy: All Laser Services will require half down at the time the appointment is scheduled and the other half will need to be paid the day of the Laser Service.

Cancellation Policy: Those who have scheduled a service but need to cancel the appointment are required to give 48 hours notice.

Confirmation Calls: We make every effort to call and confirm all appointments 24 hours in advance; however this is a courtesy and the spa cannot be responsible for unconfirmed or missed appointments.

Late Policy: Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more will be accommodated only if time allows. It may be necessary to cancel part of your scheduled service. Your treatment will end on time so the next client is not delayed or inconvenienced. Thank you for your understanding.

Gratuity: We proudly recruit and train our staff to be the most  highly qualified professionals in the industry. Gratuity is not included in the price of our services.  When your spa experience is a positive one, it is customary to tip your service provider.

Our recommended gratuity is 15%-20%.

Special Event Pricing: All special event pricing is non-refundable. All sales are final when purchased at any special events.
