We gladly ship our products to anywhere in the United States and Canada. We offer free Standard Shipping for retail orders of $300 or more.
Returns and Exchanges
Our licensed, experienced professionals carefully select products that are suited to your skin type and lifestyle. However, we at Refined Skin Medi-Spa understand that not every product is the right “fit” for every person; therefore we follow the Return Guidelines of the manufacturers of our products. Merchandise that is given as part of spa packages cannot be returned or exchanged. Sadly, we do not reimburse for the postage of returns or exchanges but we will refund your initial shipping charges. We cannot be responsible for misdirected, lost, or damaged returns so it is advised that you insure returned packages.
SkinMedica™: A defective product can be returned at any time for a duplicate new product. Any unused, unopened merchandise in saleable condition* (no dents, dings, or damage to the packaging) can be returned for up to six months from the date of purchase. Any used product can be returned within 30 days for an in-store credit or exchange.
Éminence Organic Skincare: A product may be returned at any time for any reason.
Youngblood® Mineral Cosmetics: A product may be returned at any time for any reason.
Woodsprite® Organic Body: Any unused, unopened merchandise in saleable condition* (no dents, dings, or damage to the packaging) can be returned for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Any used product can be returned within 14 days for an in-store credit or exchange.
