Spa Policies
We adhere to certain policies to benefit you, our most special guest, and also to benefit our valued staff. We realize other spas may not share our policies, however, every spa is unique in its operation and in respecting both your time and the staff's.
Physician Consultation: At this time, there is no consultation fee for your initial meeting with Dr. Tuominen to discuss laser services, Botox®, Juvéderm™, or your overall beauty treatment plan. However, your consultation date and time will be secured with a credit card at the time of your booking. Only if you are unable to meet your scheduled appointment and are unable to give 24 hour notice, will your credit card be charged a fee of $50.
Confirmation Calls: We make every attempt to call and confirm all appointments 24 hours in advance, however this is a courtesy, and the spa cannot be responsible for unconfirmed, missed appointments
Late Policy: Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more will be accomodated if time allows. It may be necessary to cancel part of your scheduled service. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed or inconvenienced. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation Policy: As a courtesy to our guests and limited availability, those who book a consultation or service, and who cannot join us for their scheduled appointment, are kindly asked to give 24-48 hours notice.
No Shows: Appointments that are missed without notice given may be charged a “NO SHOW SURCHARGE” of 20% of the appointment. It is a small amount that will help us cover our losses.
Gratuity: We proudly recruit and train our staff to be the most qualified spa professionals in the industry. Gratuity is not included in the price of our services. If your spa experience was a positive one, it is customary to tip your service provider.
Our recommended gratuity is 15%-20%.
Spa Packages: Please arrive 10 minutes early for necessary paperwork. No substitutions of services can be accommodated unless otherwise noted. For your convenience, an 18% gratuity will be added to all spa packages and is not reflected in the listed price. All packages are secured with a credit card at time of booking. Local Patrons receive an additional discount for Monday through Thursday bookings. Frequent Buyer Program not valid on packages. Spa Package cancellations require 24 hours notice to avoid a credit card charge of 20% of the entire booking. All other spa policies apply unless otherwise noted.
